Saheli Meeting Featured Special Guest
The December, 2008, Saheli Meeting featured a special discussion, PrabhaTara: Spirit of the Morning Star, with guest Jyotsna Batra.
PrabhaTara in Indian Culture is the star that never sets as it always faces the sun.
Jyotsna Batra, Social Service Consultant, Institute of Social Service, India, spoke about PrabhaTara and its work in helping the downtrodden.
Attendees were invited to discover how best Saheli and you can incorporate these goals in helping our local South Asian Community.
